    1. Overview High-pressure steam pipelines are made of 12Cr1MoVG.     4, welding process requirements
    4.1 Welding procedure qualification and welder qualification confirmation.
    4.1.1 According to the material and thickness of the pipeline, select an appropriate welding process to evaluate and report it to the supervisor and Party A to confirm the welding consumables used for alloy steel pipeline welding.
    4.1.2 After approval of the welding process assessment, the welder's qualification certificate for the welder is submitted for inspection and confirmation. Personnel without the welder's qualification certificate and the expired welder's qualification certificate are strictly prohibited from welding alloy steel pipes.
    4.2 Selection of welding method
    4.2.13 ″ and below alloy steel pipes are welded by argon arc welding. Alloy steel pipes larger than 3 inches are welded by argon-electric welding. The allowable thickness of argon arc welding and arc welding shall meet the thickness required for welding process assessment.
    4.3 Welding environment: When welding steel alloy pipes, the external environment must be dry. When it rains or the wind speed is greater than 8m / s, corresponding protective measures must be adopted to ensure the welding quality; welding is prohibited when the relative air humidity is greater than 90%, argon The arc welding wire shall be free from grease, rust and other dirt. The electrode must be baked at 350-400 degrees for 1-2 hours before welding. Stored in insulated barrels, take with you.
    4.4 General requirements for welding
    4.4.1 Pipe welding shall be carried out in accordance with the welding process instruction provided by the engineering and technical personnel. The welding process instruction and welding process assessment must be approved by the supervisor and the owner before use.
    The 4.4.2 group shall thoroughly clean the pipe surface in the groove and the area near the groove 10mm before welding, so as to prevent the adhesion of rust, oil, paint, sand, soil, etc. from affecting the welding quality.
    4.4.3 Spot solid welding shall be completed by a qualified welder. The materials and welding process used for welding shall be the same as those used in the formal welding process.
    4.4.4 When welding, strictly follow the requirements of the qualified welding process instruction to pre-weld the welding site before welding. The welding site can be welded only after the pre-heating temperature meets the requirements. During the welding process, it is necessary to take necessary measures. Measures to ensure that the temperature in the welding area is higher than the preheating temperature of the pipeline. Arc welding on the base metal should be avoided during welding. If it is unavoidable, the arc starting point of the pipeline should be ground and inspected to eliminate defects.
    4.4.5 Spatters and slag on welds or heat affected zones shall be completely removed from the metal surface.
    4.4.6 Welding of butt-welded valves should be performed with the valve open.
    4.4.7 After the welding seam is welded, make the welding mark in time (pipeline number, weld mouth number, welder number, welding date, etc.), and mark the weld position on the one-line diagram.
    4.4.8 The purity of argon gas used in manual tungsten arc welding should be above 99.9%.
    4.5 Welding technical requirements
    4.5.1 Welding materials (1) Before use, the electrode should be baked in accordance with the instructions of the factory and kept dry during use, and the electrode skin will not fall off or crack.
    (2) The electrode and wire used must have a material certificate.
    4.5.2 Welding groove (1) The form and size of the groove should comply with the design documents.
